I've experienced a-12 week headache. At the start of July, I bought a dining area collection (desk, 6 seats, buffet and hutch). I had been informed that shipping could be 3-8 months. At that time, I had been good with that as Christmas was nearly 2 weeks in the toughest-case situation.in the 5 week tag, I had been named and informed that my furniture was today in-stock and planned a shipping for that Sunday. I had been informed that I'd obtain a phone around 8 am to I would like to understand what period the shipping could be (9-12 or 1-4). No-call arrived. I named at 9 and was informed the team did not actually enter until 10 plus they guaranteed to contact by 11. No-call arrived. At midday, I had been informed the vehicle was departing in half an hour. At 2:30, I had been named to express the hutch was broken and will have to be reordered. Therefore much for that vehicle departing at 12:30. Although dissatisfied, atleast the remainder of the furniture was returning. At4, however no vehicle. I obtained a phone requesting particular instructions towards the home (that we had previously directed at another person earlier that evening.)

It's a 45-minute (max) journey. At 5:20, nevertheless no vehicle and so I called the shop. They named the driver who stated he was dropped. They turned up at 6.
