Arrogance and rudeness towards the customers

On Saturday night, May 6 my spouse and that I joined the above mentioned Raymour & Flanigan shop situated in Nauet, Ny to purchase a room collection with bed/box-spring. Furthermore, we chose to buy a little couch, which was fully-paid for having a charge card.in those days, our salesman was respectful and useful in choice extra requirements to get a house we're along the way of refurbishing. We were informed, "your furniture could be shipped in 2 to 3 times." We responded, "no, please provide our furniture next Friday since our surfaces are now being refinished." The shipping must have been Friday, May 18th.

Wednesday, May 9th a phone was obtained, from their factory, on our answering device to verify a shipping of our furnishings on Friday, May 11th. The phone call was delivered and informed the shipping support the day was wrong, we'd required this furniture to become shipped next Friday, 1 week later. The distress wasn't described, nevertheless, the support consultant responded, it had been no problem and also the shipping might occur in a few days as preceding planned.

The issue began with this sales consultant's telephone call. He began by having an argument fond of creating us consider placement of the furniture on May 11th; that which was reiterated the day of shipping was wrong, whereupon he turned belligerent, impolite and arrogant in his efforts to stress people to consider placement of the furniture. This sales consultant lifted his speech with apparent irritation trying to enforce his will in providing this furniture. This discussion was ended and one more telephone call was designed to stop the whole purchase. A fex was delivered with stop over the purchase with particular grievances. Furthermore, a shop visit was created using revenue slide to stop order personally.

I'll never make an effort to purchase something out of this organization again, their arrogance and disrespect was enough to create me tired of the goods and support.
