I bought a bundle of "Oven-Roasted Turkry Chest" on March 22. My spouse, boy and that I ate snacks that night.By 3:00 AM, my spouse and that I were operating towards the toilet with diarrhea. This intestinal issues (gasoline discomfort and diarrhea) extended for 3 times. We'd no indisputable fact that it had been the Poultry which triggered the issue. We spoke t/our boy about the second-day... And he advised us he, also, was getting the same issue. Whenever we exposed the bundle (about the fifth morning after purchase), the odor was incredible! I named the 1 800-632-6900 "Hotline" and advised them of the issue. I had been informed by "Kathy" that I ought to shop the beef within the fridge... And someone might call me in a few times. Used to donot notice from Krogers (by Friday, March 25) and so I called again. I had been informed by Kathy (again) that I wil notice anything in a few times. I've since named 4 more occasions... With no relief. It certainly is "... Somebody is going to be calling in a few times..." Meanwhile, the poor poultry has broken all my frozen food. I got the terribly odoriferous poultry towards the shop where I bought it (on Galloway Rd., Mesquite Tx.) and that I talked using the store-manager, Karen. After waiting (30 min.) on her to contact her Dist. Mgr., and create many calls to Corporate... Betty explained they might provide me a $25 discount for my reduction!!! I have dropped significantly more than $150 in food... And hours of stress about the telephone coping with individuals who donot care. Betty advised me that she wasn't conscious of any grievances. I talked with two others (within the dept.) who explained exactly the same. I have been a faithful client of Krogeris for over 35 years. All my loved ones are Kroger consumers. But, I'll never enter another Kroger store.in my own company, I fulfill 6-8 new aquaintances every single day. That is clearly a large amount of "term-of-mouth" advertizing. And that I may transmit this to every individual I fulfill, and every site... And every method that I've use of. The (supposed) scenario quantity that was designated for this event (by Kroger Company) is #10129447. The individuals I Have talked with (at Company) are Kathy, Chelsea, Betty... And Karen. No last names, obviously. Because of being handed around about the telephone, I Have overlooked a few their titles. But I did so request that calls be registered. Corporate didn't advise the Mesquite Kroger that there is an issue. The supervisor, Betty, requested that I provide her the bundle plus they might provide me a discount... And I could ignore it. I actually donot believe so!!! And that I guarantee, Kroger won't forget-me (anytime soon).
