3:40am - visited kroger to obtain a frozen pizza. Selected one, visited the checkout. Just USCAN devices were available. Scanned my one object (frozen pizza). The whole bill is $6.58. I place in a $20 bill for cost. The equipment provides me back 2-5is along with a 1. ($11.00) — and claims something like "Observe cashier" or "observe clerk" or anything. I stay alongside the clerk stop till somebody concerns discover why I am standing there (another five minutesapproximately). I clarify they still owe me $2.42. The clerk claims I'll need to return within an hour once the supervisor is here now to obtain my change. I tell her that's undesirable which I would like to talk to a supervisor. Some supervisor comes. Their lastname begins by having an N (I forget). I tell him I simply need my change, and he claims that's difficult. Repeats the exact same crap about me having to watch for the store-manager that is available in at 5am. I show him that I've a trip to capture and might he please quit playing around and possibly provide me my change or perhaps a reimbursement (my pizza is thawing out). He will not return my cash and certainly will not provide me any change. I've worked in a supermarket before and that I understand the clerk includes a till and may quickly provide me my change and become completed with it. I ask him for that quantity for that corporate workplace. He leaves and doesn't return for another 20 minutes. He provides me some customer support quantity that does not I would like to speak with anybody. I've now been standing there for 45 units with no one can help me. Our driver gets annoyed since we have to abandon quickly or I'll miss my trip. Lastly the store-manager (Sandy) turns up at 5am and refunds my purchase in the till which was there the entire period. She provides no apology and it is noticeably frustrated that I no further need them. I'm today one hour behind plan, starving, and exceedingly upset.
