Overcharged for product $69.87

I bought A - 14 day test - spending 6.95 shipping only... I had been subsequently billed another $69.87 to my charge card and that I hadn't actually obtained the merchandise yet. I did so eventually have it within the email after which my credit declaration arrived and noticed two costs for this on individual evening. I'd like my money-back - exactly what a rip-off... I've just applied it for 4 times today and also have observed nothing that it promises - no additional power, no weight reduction... Does it actually function? She
