Lensworldwide.com Lens Worldwide Intentionally sends the wrong product that is worth a fraction of the price of the product ordered using COD through UPS

My order was placed online at the http://www.lensworldwide.com website on 11/15 for two items a Canon Lens EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Telephoto Lens and a 600EX-RT Flash. The payment selected was credit card. The next day I was contacted by service rep Maison from LensWorldwide.com (Lens Horizon) and was told that I could save an additional 7% if I paid with a cashiers check or money order and that the package could be shipped out sooner, so I agreed to pay Cash on Delivery through UPS. He then called me back and said that the packages would be shipped as two separate pieces because the flash was not in stock and that I would have to have two checks, one for $1,595 and one for $379.

The first box arrived today 11/21 and the next box is supposed to arrive on 11/23. UPS was given the money, dropped the package off and left before it was opened. When I opened the package the wrong product was in the package, two Sigma Camera Lens worth a fraction of the value. I contacted the seller and he said that the labels for the packaging must have gotten mixed up with another order he said around the busy holiday shopping period that happens and he was going to send me a new label to send it back. I researched the return address on the package (warehouse 300 Bonner Mall Way, Ponderay Idaho, 83852, and it gave me an address to a mall in Idaho not the warehouse as stated on the label. I also researched the number on the website and it was a south western wyoming number. The contact information was not adding up. I then searched the words that he had me write the check out to "360 Designation"and "Lens Horizon" and I found out this sale is fraudulent act being done to me. The following website describes other people who purchased camera lens were given a lesser quality lens, were told to ship it back and got nothing in return.
I currently have the wrong product that was shipped to me and would like full refund for the product.

I talked to the UPS store and they told me the sender of the package was Lens Cabin 247
W 38th Street, Suite 601, New York, New York, 10018.
