We purched a Blue Maximum from the door-to-door salesperson, the cost we settled was high. I've delivered it in twice (to date) within the first-year the top wont perform it get blocked about the first carpet. I'm unsure how to proceed next as after I contact they state that they've never had any issues with the machine and also have had it for year.
