Two years ago we bought a top of the line LG side by side with lower drawer freezer and have had nothing but continual problems with the icemaker. We are on our third icemaker in 2 years and the problems still exist. The last service call cost me $463.00 and when I complain to LG, I continually get "you don't have an extended warranty". LG does not stand beind thier products and I will never buy or recommend LG
