I preordered the new furby in August, saw the release date is a Sunday so tried to see when they would ship it. It took several mins to get through the automated thing, then with all my info took rp the woman ten minutes to pull up my info, which she didn't do, on the order. I had to tell her what I bought and she still didn't do it! Then I told her my dad bought me the furby (im 25 but young at heart) and she refused to give me info on the order without hm being there! She also said i have to call the same number to get to online services but it takes me back to guest no matter what i do! I asked for a supervisor, and got hung up on. I called again, the next lady told me I had to hang up and call online services, but eventually I got through and whaddya kno, my furby is backordered! I ordered early august and it's backordered. I spoke to a supervisor finally but she refused to help me, and spoke to me as if I'm slow. Needless to say I canceled my order and found someone on eBay who has the new furby in stock! There's even a picture of the furby sealed in the box to prove it! So I got that coming in the mail. Happy ending!
