Purchased Colby TV from Kmart. TV died 90 days after purchase. Made a popping sound and would not turn on. I contacted Coby service repair and have been getting the run around for 8 weeks.initially told me they would send me a. That never happened. Each time I would call I would be placed on hold for a least 20 minutes. Then they decided to send me a part instead of the replacement. Sent part to wrong address. Sent wrong part. Each time another run around. Then they said they would send me a replacement TV. It never came. I believe this is a concerted effort not to honor the warranty. The supervisor was never available, at lunch, in conference, gone home, always another excuse. Finally Kmart came through and refunded my money. Kmart went out of their way to take care of me. Colby has a lousy product and worse customer service. They have no intention of honoring their warranty. Please save your self the headaches and don't support a dishonest Corporation such as Colby.
