Shenzhen cheated me

I requested 10 computers of HDD’s from Shenzhen Max Storage Co. And after I’ve posted my purchase I acquired approached by consultant of this organization and they’ve explained that I will get free delivery easily spend with Western Union. I did so as they’ve requested but after cleaning my cost they’ve ceased addressing my emails and my purchase wasn’t sent.
