Product Test Panel, Consumer Research Corporation, Frontline Direct Inc. Ripoff! Looking for testers of products. You go through lots of steps having to buy offer and then never can complete the process to get the Dell Lap top promised

Got stuck with having to buy stemps and a memebrship in Columbia DVD Club - never can reach either Product Test.com nor Columbia House.
It is pathetic that they get businesses like Columbia House to get involved in this scam.
Same address appears on the internet with many different scams - for people to order differrent things for $36.50 or $45.
How can one go to prosecute people like this and shut them down?
Now I have to buy 5 DVDs from Columbia House to get out of this mess!
