I've handled their VP Renato Iwersen & discovered him to become excessively rude, arrogant & condescending. Although using the services of Renato, he's excessively manipulative & needs anything maintain his benefit. Don't conduct business together, Renato Iwersen is very challenging & doesn't follow-through.
