I ordered a $183.00 item from this company. The item never arrived. I could not get a hold of this thief or company. They would not respond via email. They would not answer their phones. After I disputed the charge with my bank, I get an email from a "Charles Riewe"- apparantly he is the owner of this company. This guy is a TOTAL IDIOT!
Charles Riewe is disputing my chargeback on my credit card. Right now, I am out of almost $183.00 and the item I paid for and expected to be delivered.
Customer service at estocksurplus.com is HORRIBLE! I have been dealing with a guy named "CHUCK"- Is "CHUCK" the same guy as CHARLES RIEWE? Hmmmm. DECEPTIVE, SUSPICIOUS COMPANY.
