Usbonline.net -usbonline8.com-icablelink. Combu refused to refund my money or replace the android box i bought for $87.50 Shenzhen

I bought a android internet tv box on ebay, from pcworld8,87.50. I got the box, hooked it up, it worked for 2 minutes, that was it, never worked again, i contacted the company, bunch of Emails back and fourth, nothing, I contacted Ebay, s reselution center, they declined my claim, because i sent it back without their OK. Now i am out $103.00, because it cost me $16.31 to ship it back to China, I sent a lot of emails over there, nothing happens
