I recently purchased a pair of Shure SCL5 earbuds on Bestqualityaudio.com. The retail price on these is $479, Bestquality has them for $399 which sounds like a good deal right? Wrong! These were advertised as a brand new but when I received them the packaging was badly damaged and the manufacturers seal was broken.inside there was a "store return" ticket from another electronics company.
I immediately called their customer service number (1-800-898-3918) and spoke to someone named Harry. He told me there was nothing that could be done and that I should be thankful for the $80 discount. I ended up having to file a chargeback and force them to take these back. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company and all of their "best quality" websites.
