Wes meyer if you buy a phone suit and it does not work, do not expect a refund.internet

I purchased the Phone Suit Elite; the product did not charge my iphone. I returned the product, with the requested RMA number; it has been almost a month and I still have not received my refund! I have sent emails requesting updates to no avail.
