Keyboard Key Problems

I restored my vodacom agreement (Vodashop Kenilworth center) in June and obtained a rim bend. On 29 Oct I got it in since the keyboard keys wouldn’t function. I acquired an SMS to say this was submitted to JHB just because a high level of repairs was required. Four weeks later I named to check into it and was informed an upgraded telephone was at Vodashop KC. I gathered it and couldn’t get e-mail and BBM to function – and was informed from the helpdesk the telephone CAn't be authorized which I have to consider the ‘new’ telephone back.

Fourteen days later I contact to inquire (no sms obtained) and am informed it's in the store – I gather it yesterday, telephone the helpdesk to setup e-mail and BBM simply to be informed that it CAn't be authorized and may perhaps be considered a phone which was ‘previously authorized on another network’ which it's to return. Therefore, nearly 2 weeks (come 29th November) with no Rim, but nonetheless spending all associated charges… I’m getting it back again to Vodashop KC tomorrow – am not keeping my breath…

Our encounter: the client simply doesn’t matter…Can’t watch for the agreement to finish June so that I will move elsewhere…
