I am writing to you to warn you against a professional fraud and international conman, Mr. Gad Abeckaser who claims that is a partner in Nelcom Telecom of Israel and owner of a trading
company Guo Ling Trading Company in Hong Kong, having its office at 5 Hankow Center, East Tsim Tsa Tsui.
This person has been advertising in various electronic media that he belongs to Nelcom, Israel and has a company Guo Ling Ltd in Hong Kong, and has very good stock of Mobile phone LCDs, Mother boards and spare parts etc, but is nothing more than a thief, a conman and a professional fraud, who has several cases of cheating against him in different countries.
He has cheated me of 51,500 dollars, by taking a order for Blackberry LCDs and taking the said amount from me as advance payment, but that was the last I saw of him and he then kept
giving me stories saying he was in Cambodia, Thailand etc and then totally started avoiding my calls, BBM etc and went into a hiding.
