Called company to order touch pad. Upon placing order, i was notified that there was no guarantee or warranty, and i could place order for 2 years for 19.95? Or so, Then I was told that I would need to purchase a battery for 19.95 OR SO, AS THE ONE THAT CAME WITH UNIT WAS A DEMO ONLY. I tried to cancel (not return) order, and was told that there was a 25% re-stock charge to do so. I said I wasn't returning, just cancelling. 25% please. I decided that there was no sense cancelling, so i said let's go. Next I was asked about shipping, and chose the express. Waited from sept 6 to sept 15, and still no order shipped. I got on line to ask what's up, and got a notice that the item had been returned to shipper. I called, and PO said no such address. I checked with the PO, and they said the item was too big for the mailbox, PO gave no notice. I went to PO, and supervisdor said carrier said box too big for mailbox. Called eGlobal, and even though I paid extra for faster delivery AND insurance, now they want ANOTHER $12.00 for re=delivery. Went and filled out form for extra charge to credit card, and there is no email address to send it to.
