He was selling around 12 Spny p900 and 9 Samsung E700. I contacted him in his 1st auction. HE said he had to cancel it due to people not paying that much. We started to email each other. He gave me all his info (e.G. Address and banking details).
We agreed to go 50/50. I would send him half of the money first, then when he got the money he would send the phones, and i would pay him the rest after i got all the phones. When he got my first payement he said that his boss said he wasn't allowed to send the UPS tracking number. When I spoke to him he said he would get fired. I emailed him telling him he didn't have a boss because he emailed me ages ago saying that he was in partnership with someone.
Its been 2weeks now that i haven't heard from him. I threatend him with legal action. And still he doesnt respond back to me. His details are

I set up another account and pretented to be a buyer and he was perfectly ok emailing me on that account (i had to use a different name). So it looked like he didnt want anything to do with me.
