Merchant information KJ189 Ordered antenna, 5/13 but won't work for us, so we sent it back have not received credit on our card of $57.95. We have e-mailed but no one responds.internet

We ordered an antenna, but it will not work for us. We sent it back immediately after discovering this and have tried to correspond with the owner Mike Monroe, but he dose not respond and he owes us $57.95 plus shipping.
