I just got my cell phone bill and see that on my daughters number there are 7 charges for zong alerts at 9.99 each. I cannot find anything anywhere on her phone that relates to these charges. She doesn't have a clue what zong is and neither do I. I am going to fight these charges. Sprint is so bad with their billing that you really have to watch them closely or else they will rip you off with bogus charges... Especially if they know you have minors on your account. I keep a very close check on what is downloaded and used due to the fact that we are on a super tight budget. My kids are very aware of this and know that if they want to keep their phones, they better not download unless they can pay for it. And I do check it often. So, someone needs to figure out how I can have these unsolicited charges removed from my bill. Hopefully, I will not have to go further with this complaint.
