Ordered an LCD TV from this site back on July 19. After we received the TV on September 2 we discovered the item was NOT new but an obviously used set so we returned it. Note that we received the TV almost 6 weeks after order) we received a phone call regarding shipment on Sept 1 telling us the item had shipped).
After getting a return authorization on Sept 23 we sent the TV out via the same carrier we received it from (Pilot Freight Services) and it was received by Ed Nash World on Oct 12 and NOBODY from Ed Nash World called, emailed or sent a letter to let us know it was received and that our return was being handled (I called the freight company and they sent me a confirmation).
After that I called Ed Nash World a total of 12 times and was placed on hold each one of those calls over 5 minutes which is completely unacceptable, I hung up each time.
