After seeing the commercial for Shed Vac many times on TV, it looked so great I had to order it. Finally, after one month it came... It is junk and does not work at all.
After deciding to send it back I became leary because there were so many different names and address on the box and paper. Things did not look professional; so I decided to go to the web site again.
The site is no longer available; and when you google Shed Vac official site it says the item is no longer available.
I am afraid if I send this back I will not have the item or a refund. I don't know what to do. I paid $37 for this and charged it on my Credit card. So far no other action on my card. Please help!
