Company sent me a defective unit, a Cambridge 640p. The unit lit up but produced no sound. I troubleshooted all issues and even tried another preamp which worked to let me isolate the issue to the item in question. The company claimed shipping would take longer because the item was backordered, so I did not receive the item until 42 days after purchase, just before the 45 day limit for paypal protection. I called Cambridge about the issue and they won't cover it, in fact this company is listed on Cambridge's USA company (Audio Plus Services) as an unauthorized dealer and warns against buying from them, why they aren't listed on the actual Cambridge site is beyond me. I had Cambridge run the serial of the item to which they said is bogus, the serial says the item was built on the 14th month of 2015. I am assuming Eliatinka is selling knockoff products that may or may not work, but assuredly is similar to White Van Knockoffs.
