Contract is a complete rip off

Had service with Pilot Home, they were bought out by Security Networks. I went to cancel and they would not cancel the contract. These people are terrorists when regarding business practices. I have sent certified letters, and paid an additional year of service and they still will not cancel the contract. NOONE should ever do business with this company. I have made payments for ELEVEN years, not like they did not get payments for service.
