Please note: their business has a new name: "Camera For Less" and if you look it up, that new business gets way more negative reviews than "USA Camera Outlet" did.
I ordered a camera from USA Camera Outlet through Buy.com.
When I got the camera, I handled it very carefully just in case I might want to return it. It turned out to not be the right camera for me, so I returned it in perfect condition, in it's original packaging. They called me and accused me of scratching the camera in three places! They said I must have dropped it. I know I did not accidentally scratch it, and I most certainly did not drop it! I looked at it very carefully before putting it back in its packaging, it didn't have a single flaw. We argued for a while, and then I told them that they can't call me any more, they must deal with me through buy.com only. They threatened to call the police!
Fortunately, Buy.com intervened and they gave me my full refund. So I am happy with Buy.com but not with USA Camera Outlet. Buy.com told me that this seller is under investigation due to many complaints from other customers.
One final thing that really angered me: usa camera outlet requires a 20% restocking fee. It's disclosed on their profile, but it's really buried! Two "clicks" away.
