As a result of the GE dishwasher recall - we scheduled an appointment to replace the heating eliminate. These clowns called the day before to confirm the appointment and then pulled a no show. They never called - nothing. I took time off from work. I then couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone. I guess you get what you pay for.
