Www..com returned bad phone via UPS 1 month no response paid for free phone, it never worked max 20 minutes ripoff

Ineeded a cellphone AND did I getit.#1 A/C charger did not work, chaged on 12v. Lasted 20-25 min. CHKD battery good voltage, 3.485volts, phone dead. Returned via UPS approx 14 sept., no response since then. Have paid activation fee to Verizon, they are not billing me but seems they work on this until I notify them whe I get my phone back.
