Purchased a 37" Vizio LCD on 2/15/08, & today, it went dark/crimson & quit functioning. We can not make use of the selections, or something, & can only just transform it on or down from the plug. After I named the Vizio assistance point, though it was during business hours, I really couldnot get anybody. I've sent them, but at this time, after studying THE NUMEROUS, SEVERAL articles comparable problems, I've no wish that they're going to really be useful. It is horrible company training to create a product they promote like a lifetime merchandise, however it just lasts 24 months. I'll NEVER purchase a Vizio again, may plan positively to obtain shops to prevent transporting them, & inform my very own individual tale to anyone who may hear. I will just hope a-class action match may ultimately be introduced against them, since itis really apparent they're conscious of the issues, & do not care to complete something about them.
