I have never been so disatisfied in being handled like a client before from any vendor. I purchased a magellan roadmate 1220 global positioning system from Sears shop #1430 on11/27/09 revenue check #014302200325. I introduced the system back after recognizing that my boy had bought another device for me personally at holiday. I sadly exposed the box to see the workers guide and that I placedthe device and workers manual back int the initial container, abandoned and comprising all-original presentation and components. After I attempted to come back the merchandise, I had been informed there is A - 15%restocking charge. I would like to understand how I might tell basically needed the system without starting thebox to seethe guide. The supervisor was of no aid. Sears won't pay attention to my criticism. I'd prefer to return the global positioning system without any restocking fee. I'll watch for an answer in returning the system since I have can't-get any assist in solving this problem.
