I get ripoff buying an antivirus

I was in the web when my computer start warning me that was getting infected. So It was showing me this web site to get an antivirus but when i start searching in other web site it wont let me bought it so i bought it here and the value was 29.95 then next day i checked in my account they charged me 109.90 so i go head make a claim.
