Thrifty computer took the money off of my card for a blackberry perl 8220. When I called about it the other day, they gave me a line about them being out of stock. I called today to find out where the phone was and if they got more in stock and ended up with a line about we could pay through Pay Pal, but credit card purchases are being refunded because of a problem with the system. BS! The money already was pulled from my account, already cleared and they are telling me that they are having a problem recieving the money. It just doesn't compute.
I still haven't received my refund, I'm still not getting any clear answers even from the managers, and I will NEVER do business with this company again. I read complaints and decided to pass them off as a few angry people, but that was my mistake. Heed my warning, DON'T do business with thrifty computer llc.
