Beware beware beware
Emart main is selling counterfeit product
I requested two memory stays from EMART MAIN from their site. About the site where the stays were marketed these were called
"Product Code: 16GB-SONY-pro-HG-duo".
I, also, obtained my “SONY STORAGE STICKS” (They're marked “SONY”) not within their original presentation. I placed one into my Sony camera design DSC-HX1 and also the camera instantly suggested these wouldn't perform. I named SONY Corp and explained my issue and offered all of them the data published about the stays. They advised me that SONY memory sticks are available in “blister” kind presentation including both warrantee and training guides.
They explained the stays were FAKE.
I approached EMART MAIN instantly and advised them that I had been returning the phony memory stays and was educating my charge card organization to challenge the costs, as they certainly were not real SONY items and didn't work as advertised.
EMART CENTRAL’s reaction was:

After I advised them that after aimed towards the site suggested by the hyperlink above (that will be exactly the same site the fake memory stays were requested from) it says them under item code:
"Product Code: 16GB-SONY-pro-HG-duo".
Their answer which was:

I then asked them when they weren't offered as Sony Memory Sticks then WHY WAS THE ITEM THEY SHIPPED TOME DESIGNATED WITH SONY CORPORATION AUTHORIZED IMAGES
Then they directed me to:
Please return abandoned, re-saleable products plus a backup of the mail highlighting all of the
Communications we traded in a suitable mailer towards the target below to get a reimbursement based on the “Store Policy” site of the website (http://www.emartcentral.com/shop-policy.html)
Notice returning inexpensive products for reimbursement may possibly not be economical.
Our charge card business could get yourself a reimbursement for that purchase quantity nevertheless, I'm still being billed a restocking charge of $29.40 to come back FAKE PRODUCT!!! Clearly, they plan to RESELL THESE FAKE what to some naive client that has the catastrophe of coping with this

All communication, copies of emails, and pictures of products have now been posted to SONY CORPORATION LEGAL DIVISION, THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, and also the USA POSTAL SERVICE (It's a prison to devote SCAM via the USPS).
