Telephone scam unkown

OAN Services "on behalf of Ideal Savings Now" Added unauthorized charge to my Verizon phone account. "Billed on behalf of Ideal Savings Now" as follows: 10/11/09 description Voicemailmnthlyfee, Amount $14.95 plus $0.90 PA sales tax. I did not order these services & the "name" on the "acct" was my husband's e-mail address, they scammed it from something. These unauthorized charges from OAN Services "on behalf of Ideal Savings Now" for Voice Mail Monthly Fee on my Verizon bill.internet
