Yourmobilespot.com will sell you a used phone with broken parts at a new price and then charge you a 20% restocking fee and a cancellation fee for their mistake.

I purchased a black/gray Samsung Gravity from yourmobilespot.com. 3 emails and 3 days later, my package was finally shipped. When I received my package, I discovered I was shipped a WHITE Samsung Gravity with the cover to the memory card broken off. Upon further investigation, I found phone numbers were already contained in the phonebook. I brought this to the attention of the company by emailing them. I was told in order to return the phone, I must pay a 20% restocking fee.

I returned the email and informed yourmobilespot.com that the fault lied on their behalf. They sent me the wrong item. I was then told if I return the phone I would then have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus a cancellation fee.
