I have sent this company 2 cell phones. The first one powered up, held a charge, had no physical damage but the screen stayed white so that one was understandable I suppose. I didn't receive any payment on it whatsoever. The last phone I sent in was a Nokia that powered up, charged just fine, buttons worked, other than minor blemishes from everyday use, this phone still worked great. I received an email from this company stating they couldn't pay me for this unit because the LED screen was broken but they'd "gladly recycle it for me". Neither screen on that phone had a scratch on them, let alone broken, so how do you suppose this happened after they got the phone? On further investigation of this company on other sites, including the BBB, I found that this is not a isolated issue. This company is scamming people out of their used phones by finding "problems" with these units that were in good working condition until Simply Sellular got a hold of them. I was suppose to send another phone to them, but after I found out what was going on I emailed them to let them know they would not get another phone from me and why. Their reply included no apology, nothing, just a link to their terms and conditions, which I'm sure they will post again in response to this report. If you want to recycle your cell phone, do your homework first and find a good reputable company, but steer clear of Simply Sellular because you'll only get ripped off!
