I have owned a Blueant Z9i for over a year and had a perceived warranty issue. While trying to charge the unit, the earpiece broke away from the main body (the charging plug is a little difficult to get into the connection). Contacted Blueant and after returning the old unit, they sent me a new package unit in about a week. I have to say this is the best customer service I've had with any electronic company.

The unit itself is incredible. Good battery life, easy pairing, light weight, outstanding customer service, and easy to operate. Obviously I've not heard how it sounds, but when people say they hear a lot of background noise, I just active noise canceling and I'm told it takes out everything except my voice. The usual reaction from the person I'm talking to is "that's incredible"

This is my 4th bluetooth headset and it's by far the best. I'm not a tech guy - I just want things to work as advertised, and this product does. The hardest thing to do with the Z9i is getting it out of the package.
