I used sweet Home Theaters to connect some electronic component at my home. I was quoted a price of $85 which was agreeable to me for the services I requested. I talked with mr. Conklin about the service I needed and he gave me the price. While at work his field tech contacted me that he could get my work did sooner than scheduled.
I agreed and told him how to get to my home. The guy did come and connected all the equipment. When he called to tell me the job was complete I told my son to pay him cash ($85.00) I ask the tech if the picture on the television was an improvement over what I had, his answer was it great.
When I arrived home that evening at turned the set on the tv had very visible line in it and very disstorted. It was worser than before.
I was not pleased with the guy work so I e-mailed mr. Conklin and made my displeasure known. On several ocassions mr. Conklin returned my call and e-mailed me saying he would be down the next day.
After him not calling or makeing any type contact I called him and we talked and again he promised to come down and straighten out what his tech had screwed up, mr. Conklin never did act in a professional manner and honor his word as a business man.
Once he had my money in his pocket I was of no use to him anymore.
Now I am left with no choice but to file a lawsuit in small claims for his shabby work.
I would not recommend this Sweet Home Theaters to any one. After haveing another home theater company come and re-do his work my eyes were open to mr. Conklin business ethics and experience.
I donot care about the $85 it the fact that this guy doesn't care after he has your money in his pocket.
