I ordered a camcorder at a very good price. Thats were the good ends and after a long hard sell sales pitch on items that I had not price shopped for, I in error accepted the word of the sales man on what a good deal I was getting.
Be sure to check them out since the extras are not at a competative price. Then I was told that the high price for shipping was the required insurance and for 3 day delivery. I receive the camcorder 9 days latter. They said that it was UPS fault but when I checked they did not ship it until 4 days after my credit card was charged.
They also did not sent genuine SONY items as I was told and was displayed on thier WEB site. They sent a extended warranty from a company that I cannot locate except by the 800 number on the mail in.
Regency will not give me any satisfaction by phone and will not respond to E-Mails so that I would have written proof. Stay away from them! I have had very good experiences with ETRONICS. The total bill would have been less. Do not get sucked in on the main item price.
