Ordered a product from their website at advertised price of $449 shippiing. Received order and shipping confirmation and was informed that my credit card was billed. Received notice next day that product price was wrong and the product was returned to Ritz warehouse. Called customer service and ask, since they accepted my money, that they honor their price posted on website; however, they would not ship product and was told my credit card would not be credited for 3-5 days.
I informed them I wanted immediate credit proof and asked to speak with manager. Manager not available - left voice mail. Have since received two emails detailing a credit of $. 05 cents, and a second refunding the shipping (approximately $16) - purchase price totaled $466. Replied to email and asked for immediate credit in full. Never received a response.
Bottom line, they advertised a product on their web site, accepted my payment, and did not ship product. To date, I have not received full credit for my purchase nor a response.
