Pioneer Media LLC - Fraudulant charge on my credit card

Just reconciling my credit card and found an unknown charge from this company. Never heard of them. We have canceled our credit cards and disputed the charge. Have no idea how they got our card info. Hopefully my credit card company will reverse this charge.
