I ordered a refurbished wii console from a web site called refurbishedwiis.com. They charged me $19.99 and it has been since August 15th and I haven't received anything yet. When I try to call the 800 number they would automatically route the call to a voice mail. I tried leaving messages with my phone number and they never bothered to call me back. I also went on the website and it use to give you a place where you could check the status of your order with an order number and it always had a status of "no status available".
I am very upset now even more because the website has been removed and there is no way of contacting the company at all. My kids gave me their own money for this and they are so upset that when ever we go home from school they run to the mail to see if it has arrived.
It has been two and a half months and I really think this company is a scam. Maybe if they had called me back I would have felt like they were trying to process all the orders and there were just a lot so it was taking longer than expected. Now I see there are lots of other angry people that have gotten their money taken from this bad business. It wouldn't be so bad except my kids were really wanting this and we can't afford to pay full price for this game. And twenty dollars might not be a lot of money for some... But it is a whole lot to my little kids.
Please help track down this company and make them either give us back our money or give us the wii like I ordered. Thank you.
