Whenever we bought our telephones were were receiving charged a $9.95 charge, whenever we named our Provider, Centennial Wirelss, they mentioned that there is nothing they might do-it was a third party carrier. We've been calling and certainly will never get everywhere! Therefore $200.00 later, I eventually get somebody plus they inform me to put on then hang-up on me, then I call-back and obtain somebody who may hardly speak English. They'll not return the cash, plus they are declaring that YES, it had been terminated.
The corporation is questionable, NOR quit, I'm turing them in to the BBB for incorporating costs onto our telephone without our acceptance. This will be banned! It's absurd how these businesses run.
