On July 1 I sent an Anton Bauer Digital Trimpac 14 battery to Battery Refill Dot Com using RMA # 59224 as my order and shipping. I have already paid them the princely sum of $129.00.
On July 3 I received an email from the company acknowledging that they received my battery at their facility.
It has now been nearly a month. No battery, no communication from the company, no return emails, no return phone calls... NOTHING.
They have my cash, they have my battery, I have NOTHING.
