The following is a letter of complaint that I just sent to AT&T:
I have to say, having been a long time customer, I am VERY annoyed that you no longer seem to include return envelopes with your billing statements. At first I assumed it was a mistake, now I assume it is a money saving measure, and being a business owner, I understand the need for that. However, I would guess that your late payments have dramatically increased, due to people (like me) that don't have envelopes easily at their disposal. And now I have to remember to go to the store to buy envelopes ONLY FOR YOUR BILLS. I sit down to pay bills and every month, remember that you don't include envelopes and think, "well I'll have to get to that later". Then I end up paying a late fee. Nice way to cut your costs while increasing ours. Ridiculous. I will be shopping around for a new phone company. Your lack of customer service is astounding. You give corporations a bad name.
