Hard to turn it on, DVD fell inside

In a few weeks after purchase it's difficult to change television set on.

The design 17" TELEVISION PVS31170S1. I've to drive the "On" option many times. Occasionally I will notice the audio but-don't visit a photo. After 10-15 forces the image occurs. Today a DVD disk dropped within the Television. Bad cuality
