Slamming my home phone bill East Tawas

They had my bill caught up with some credits then to my surprise they are slamming my phone bill again. Now for 2 months. I have auto pay set up with my home phone carrier and it took me 2 moths to catch them. But now they are at it again. I will call their toll free number today. I e-mailed them.
