I purchased a bunch of GM70 copper tubes from Noyan. I was told the shipment would be insured. I received the box. 2 tubes had damaged broken filaments due to poor packing. He did not protect the socket end of the tube. After a few emails back and forth, and sending pics he agreed to compensate me by supplying a good discount but I had to wait a couple of months as he was going away. I had email assurances that he would do good. After over 2 months I tried to contact Noyan but he never responded to any of my emails. I even tried to respond to his active EB@Y noyan2005 account. No response.
This seller is really good at misleading you. You cannot trust what this seller says because his word certainly proved to mean nothing in this case. What kills me is that this really wasn't an agreement that was going to cost him much. These tubes most likely were acquired for very low cost so his loss was very little. I was even going to pay for shipping. I guess greed got the best of him!
